Meat processing with Vision AI uses cameras over slaughter, grading, fabrication, grinding, further processing, and packing lines and deep-learning models to inspect every carcass, cut, and pack at line speed: bone fragments, cartilage, and foreign material; trim, fat cover, and cut specification; bruising, blood spots, and discoloration; carcass grade and yield; hairnet, glove, and hygiene compliance; and pack fill, seal, and label. Each unit gets a pass or a reject with the finding located on the image, results feed MES, quality, PLC, and grading systems for rejection and release, and defect and yield trends by line, station, shift, and supplier support root cause.
