What is line clearance verification with Vision AI?
Line clearance verification with vision AI uses computer vision models to verify changeovers zone by zone: previous-run product, components, labels, and materials detected anywhere they linger, tools and documents confirmed removed, staged materials checked against the new order, and per-zone photo evidence attached to the batch record. Can Vision AI find one leftover label on a whole line?
Line clearance is the search hard case: the thing that matters is one foil blister behind a guide rail, one label face-down under the labeler, or one carton flat deep in a chute, small, anywhere, and hidden in equipment full of legitimate shapes.
